Property Guardians, LLC offer property inspection in a variety of plans designed to suit your need. Following are categories of plans offered.

Basic Plan

• Inspect Interior and Exterior for vandalism, illegal entry, storm damage and pest infestation
• Flush toilets
• Turn all interior water faucets on and off
• Insure all entries locked and secured
• Bring in US mail
• Smoke Detector (battery replacement)^*
• Exterminator recommendations
• Provide an email checklist of services performed for each visit.
• Check Phone lines
• Reset all timers i.e. Daylight savings or power outages
• 800 number available 24/7
• Alarm system - emergency contact 24/7 (additional charge $30 per trip)

Platinum Plan

Please call for rates

• Insure all entries locked and secured
• Bring in US mail
• Smoke Detector (battery replacement^*
• Exterminator recommendations
• Provide an email checklist of services performed for each visit
• Check Phone lines
• Reset all timers i.e. Daylight savings or power outages
• Check Circuit Breakers
• Thermostat adjustment seasonally
• Water Conditioner - check levels
• Irrigation system - adjusted seasonally look for malfunctions.
• Run Dishwasher
• Lighting check and replace bulbs - interior/exterior^*
• Water Plants weekly
• Garbage Removal if necessary
• Check/Replace intake filters^*
• 800 number available 24/7
• Alarm system - emergency contact 24/7 (additional charge $30 per trip)
